Jillian Thomas moved to Arizona from Brooklyn, NY to be the Digital Media Manager for the STAT team at the YWCA Southern Arizona. She most recently served as the Social Media Director for the Jill Stein and Ajamu Baraka Presidential Campaign for 2016. She has studied social media marketing, and online organizing, and is excited about the new opportunities to create change in a bell-weather state.
She lives with her partner, Leon, and in her spare time teaches music revolutionaries and activists how to boost their online presence through the use of social media.
Jillian served on the Rising Voices Board from 2017 to 2019.
